About Youth Unlimited YFC Highlands
Daily we strive to connect with youth — from Guelph to Huntsville, on the ground or on the Net. We want to see them thrive where they are at, regardless of who they are, how much they have, or what they believe. We simply want to be there … a trusted friend, to come alongside youth and help them sort it out.  A Community Director plays a key role in developing and maintaining programs for youth, building community partnerships, and staying connected to the youth.

ROLE SUMMARY: To develop and oversee all aspects of ministry within the assigned area including: assistance to currently functioning or emerging ministries, exploring opportunities to serve youth in unserved or underserved communities, partnership development for prayer support and operational funding, and the recruitment, development, and leadership of staff and volunteers.

Purpose: Every youth living fully in Christ

Mission: Providing "safe spaces" within which to build trusting relationships with caring adults using areas of common interest as a catalyst

Location: Orangeville is the location of the main office however, the Highlands Region spans from Guelph to Huntsville. The successful candidate will be required to work within parts of our Youth Unlimited YFC Highlands region. Candidates will have the ability to work remotely and in person.

Salary: The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is 100% funded on a missionary basis – requiring the successful applicant to fundraise and gather a personal support team. Benefits are available.
